What would happen if Steinberg hostile take over of Disney was successful?

For a second I misunderstood the title of this thread as a TL where Baron Ungern von-Sternberg takes over Disney, lol.

Disney in 1984 was more valuable separated into different pieces than as a whole.
Steinberg was basically going to "Tiil-dipping" Disney selling as much assets as possible for cash.
The number one thing Disney had was Intellectual Property rights and Trademarks that would have been basically guaranteed income for investors, I could see a "Bowie Bond" setup where bonds are sold to investors for upfront cash, to be repaid by the income generated by the IP and trademarks, the cash that is raised can be used for any investments.
Disney had a lot of undeveloped land in Northeastern Los Angeles County, plus undeveloped land at the WDW Resort in Florida, one of the major complaints against the Disney management at the time, was the failure of the board to "Fully use the WDW property to generate income".
There was the actual physical Disney Studio in Burbank that was close to other studios that wanted to expand their sound stages, and the film distribution company, Buena Vista would have been sold to a company like Orion Pictures, which at the time had a crappy film distribution deal with Warner Bros.
